I am so excited! Check this baby out!

This is my first “fancy” phone. My last phone was a razr, and all phones before that were really nothing special. This is my first phone with internet, a camera & picture messaging, music, easy texting, instant messaging, and much more! I never really messed with my cell phones too much-they always sat in my purse or on my desk. I am finding that with my Helio Ocean, that it’s in hand A LOT!
This phone is fun! So if you never really got messages from me much before, you probably will now–it’s so quick & easy to text now! You’ll be hearing from me! Hehe!

Well, Jace had to go back to work today….so it’s another Monday at home with my girls. It’s too cold to go out (-12 right now!), so we are keeping busy with different activities. Right now we are watching “Yo Gabba Gabba”, and after lunch, we plan to make cookies. Tomorrow we are supposed to have a heat wave with a high of 20 (lol), so that will be MUCH better, hehe!
I am looking forward to spring getting here so we can head out without having to pile on layers of clothing. It always takes so long to get everyone ready….but I admit it IS fun playing with my girls (and hubby) in the snow when it’s warm enough out.

Well, it’s almost time to eat, so I’ll run! I’ll update again later with some pics!

We are so excited to announce that my sister-in-law & brother-in-law, Rachelle & DJ had their first baby–A baby boy, yesterday on January 3rd! They named him Noah Caden, and he is just adorable!
Welcome Noah-and congrats Chelle & DJ! I’m an auntie again! YAY!

Just about 3-4 days ago, Jadyn has started walking behind her little push-along baby stroller that we got her for Christmas. I guess I kind-of thought that she would start pushing it along, eventually?…. but nope! She walks right along behind it now. I REALLY need to get it on video-it is just so cute! :)  My baby is just growing up so quickly! She is quite the brave little girl! She can stand on her own as well….but when she actually realizes she’s doing it, she grabs on to me, or whatever is near…lol! I can just imagine all that she’ll be into when she starts walking….lol…she’s already into everything now…hehe!

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! We had a very busy holiday! On Christmas Eve, Jacey & I finished up doing some baking, while we also were trying to get ready to go out of town to see my hubby’s family. We left at around 3 pm, and got to Willow Lake, S.D at around 6:00. (We stopped for gas and to also get a bite to eat). We visited, and had Christmas morning at their house, Christmas dinner at Jace’s grandmothers, then came home to have Christmas at home. By the time we got home, the girls were tired, but still excited to open gifts at home. It was a bit hectic, but it was nice.
That’s the “quick” run-down of everything….lol. I’ll blog more later with photos…when I have more time.

Can you believe it!? We have a little bit of shopping to do today–mainly just necessities & such. I also have some baking to do today as well. We’re going to make chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies. *yum* Jacey always loves baking with me, so it will be fun doing that with her today!

On a side note…I just wanted to share this pic with you all. We made our gingerbread house the other day & it was fun (as always)!

I already wanna eat it, but I can’t mess it up just yet, hehee!

Jadyn had her 9 month well-check yesterday (Friday), and all is great!
She is now 21 lbs and 29 inches long. Way to grow baby girl! She didn’t have any immunizations this time-she is up to date…but she did have to get her 2nd (booster) flu shot. She, of course didn’t like that, but she was fine a few moments later.

Afterwards, we went to the Moorhead Mall (in Moorhead, MN). Santa was there, and we needed to get the girls’ pic taken with him, still. I tried heading over to the local mall in Fargo a few days ago, but it was ridiculously CRAZY BUSY! There was no way, I was gonna park like a mile away in this freezing weather with 2 little ones. Geez! Anyways, this mall in Moorhead is small, and we figured it wouldn’t be as busy. We were RIGHT! There were a few people there in line (not a lot), and it went pretty quickly. We even saw our neighbors Heather & Brian , and their 2 boys there as well. Can you even believe that the photo was Santa was only $3!???!!! If we would have known before-hand and brought a donation of a canned food item, it would have been FREE! That beats the $20 (or more) at the Fargo mall—-wow, what a difference huh?! They also let me (at the Moorhead Mall) take pics with my own camera! Something they don’t allow at the Fargo mall. I was excited…LOL! So I have the $3 (4×6) photo of the girls, and several I took myself. *yay*
They did well, although Jacey was being really bashful. Jadyn sat there like such a big girl, and didn’t find this stranger with a beard frightening at all..LOL!
