A party for Jacey!

My sweet Jacey turns 4 tomorrow on July 1st. We had a party for her last Sunday on June 28th. It was such a blast! She had a “Wow Wow Wubbzy” party…and just loved it. Her grandma Janet made her a “Daizy” cake. Daizy is a character on Wow Wow Wubbzy-Jacey’s favorite! It turned out SO CUTE! I made “Wubbzy Surprise” cupcakes. Cupcakes filled with a surprise (pudding) and topped with a yellow candy coated marshmallow with Wubbzy’s face on them. They were fun to make and so yummy!
She had a great time and told me her party was just like she wanted.

This pic was from Sunday-just before the party. Jacey wore a Wubbzy shirt that I had made for her. It said Look Who’s 4! (with a pic of Wubbzy) and underneath it-was her name. Really cute!

Can you tell Jadyn didn’t want to sit still long enough to have her photo taken? LOL!

Nature Valley Granola Nut Clusters

A couple of days ago, I received these goodies to try in the mail. Lucky Me!

There are 4 different flavors. Almond, Honey Roasted Peanut, Roasted Cashew and Nut Lovers. My family & I have tried all 4, and what can I say? They are delicious! The combination of granola and nuts all clustered together makes for a delicious and healthy snack! So much better than granola alone-or a handful of nuts. They are in little clusters which makes this an easy snack to eat on the go. Try these! You will feel good about giving these to your family. They are healthy & taste great!

More bargains

While doing my regular grocery shopping at the super walmart, I passed by the furniture isle-just to check out what they had. I came across these bar stools-and they were on clearance!

I believe they were originally around $90, and the clearance price had been marked down to $58, then again to $48. There were 3 left—just the amount we needed, and I figured we couldn’t beat the price–so I grabbed them and put them in my cart.

Well, to my surprise when I checked out, they were marked down again to $32! What a bargain, huh? They look good at our bar-and am so glad I went to walmart that day!
