I just purchased one from amazon.com. The exact same pink one as in the link. I’ve yet to receive it, but can’t hardly wait to give it a whirl! lol I’ll let you know how that works out!

Nice Weather

Funny-I never though 30 degrees would be considered “nice” weather-with me being from Georgia & all. But after living in North Dakota for 3 years-I’ve learned that 30 degrees IS nice-especially after dealing with temps in the negatives.

This past weekend Jacey got to play outside with her friend, Ryleigh. They had a ball playing in the snow. They were laughing and having the best time!

This coming week, the temps are getting a bit warmer-with low to mid 30’s! Yay! I can hardly wait for Spring!

Phone Switch!

About a month ago-Jace & I upgraded our cell phones. I chose the LG Lotus Elite. I soon found out that I really didn’t want this phone at all. It really didn’t seem like much of an upgrade from my last phone-which was a Helio Ocean. I wasn’t pleased with the camera on the Lotus-and I just wasn’t “feeling” this phone at all. I had 30 days to change my mind-so I went back into the store and got the phone I REALLY wanted, which was the blackberry tour. I LOVE this phone! I am very pleased with it-and the camera on it rocks! Click “read more” to see a pic!

Kindergarten, really!?

It has been nearly 5 years since my little girl Jacey was born. This is the year she starts Kindergarten and I am a little sad and excited at the same time. Sad that she is growing up so fast-I wish she would slow down a little…LOL. Excited because she loves to learn and make friends-and I know she will enjoy Kindergarten so much! I am excited that she is so excited!
This past Wednesday evening-I went and got her preregistered. Registration is in the summer, this was just a time to get the paperwork filled out-and submit things like her birth certificate and immunization records. Preregistration lasted just under an hour-as we also watched a video-and got to get ourselves familiar with some of the staff at the school. Things are a little different here. I though Jacey would attend Kindergarten at the Elementary school, but instead-she will attend at the Kindergarten Center. A school just for Kindergarten. Kindergarten is separate from Elementary here. Something I didn’t know-and only just found out at preregistration. (Which is totally fine by me!)

So in the upcoming months before Kindergarten starts, it will be in the back of my mind at all times-that this is THE year! My baby girl will start school in the fall. Time surely flies.
