Best Ways To Build Bonds With The Local Community

Our night out–Night to Unite

Every year our neighborhood has something called “Night to Unite”, where the neighborhood comes together for a night out of fun. I’m sure this is something that happens all over, although the names for it may differ. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I just wanted to share a few photos from our evening. It was at Elmwood Park here in West Fargo; walking distance from our house. ๐Ÿ™‚

The girls loved touring all of the vehicles like this Police Swat vehicle….

Fizz, Boom, Read @ the library!

We have really enjoyed participating in the summer reading program at our library. The girls’ are earning rewards for reading, and have really enjoyed the weekly activity, as well!

Fizz, Boom, Read!

-The first week, they created their very own Puzzlemania puzzle.
-The second week they painted their bags that they received when they signed up for the reading program.
-On week three, they made a Glow in the Dark comet (for space week), out of ribbons, a tennis ball, a plastic bag, and other fun decorations. read more
