One final thing to take note of is your bones and joints. When you get older these tend to get stiffer. You need to keep them supple and healthy. One way to do this is by regularly exercising. It doesn’t have to be anything strenuous, just some simple yoga or a light jog around the park. 


Keeping your body moving will prevent your joints from becoming stiff. Doing this will also fight off bone problems such as arthritis and osteoporosis.
