What is MCT oil? Medium Chain Triglycerides from Coconut Oil
Here is a quick video from Dr. Berg that explains what MCT oil is and its benefits. I use MCT oil in my morning coffee every day. It really helps keep hunger at bay and I can definitely tell a difference when I am using it. I am clear headed and have more energy. I highly recommend it! 🙂

I use this as a coffee creamer and it is really delicious. It makes my coffee very creamy….and I don’t really have to use the whole scoop. About 1/2 scoop works great for me to give my coffee the creaminess I like. Most days, I like a plain, unflavored creamer….but on occasion I like to have a little flavor. This coconut cream is delicious!
So not so long ago, I decided that I wanted to change my eating habits, and have a healthier diet. I wanted to cut my sugar and carb cravings, get in shape and lose a few pounds in the process. I had heard a lot about the Ketogenic diet, and decided to learn more. What I found was very interesting, and I felt like it was doable!
