Disclosure, PR & Contact

Do you have a product or service that you would like for me to review? I’ve been doing reviews for quite a long time, and it’s something that I enjoy. Although the purpose of this blog is not solely to write reviews, I love to blog about products & services of all types, and am more than happy to do so. [family friendly, of course!].

I have worked with Home Depot, Wet Ones, Sibu Beauty, Motts, UPrinting, Nature’s Hand, Ozeri and more.

If you are interested in having me review a product or service, just send me an email {via the contact form below.} I would be more than happy to work with your company. I will also promote, promote, promote! 🙂 I am active and have accounts on Twitter, Facebook, Google +, Instagram, and Tumblr, and have numerous blog followers as well.

In your email, please include the following:

* A description of the product(s)/service you would like to promote for a review
* A description of your product and business/website
* Any photos of the product that you would like me to include in my blog post

I do not charge for product reviews, but I do require the full size product so that I can do a thorough review.

I can also review your website, and I do accept guest posts as well, for a small fee and if the nature/content of the post/website is child/family-friendly.
Please contact me with any questions that you may have. Thank you!

      Hello Sandy!

I’d love to connect and collaborate with you somehow.

My work is about practical and creative ideas that are inspired by love in the quest for wellbeing.

As a fitness coach, I suggest the implementation of ancient wisdom at fitness centers.

As an author, I aim to explore meaningful truths and insights through storytelling.

In Fit for Joy, I wrote about the paradox of two realities that didn’t match; physical health and mental chaos. The idea was to start a conversation about the “true” meaning of health.

The PDF copy of the Fit for Joy book is attached.

Would be interested in any or a combination of:

      – Guest Blogging
      – Exchanging blogs
      – Book Review: You can write a review for my book and I can write a review for your book (if you have one.) – An honest review, of course, no bias.
      – Fitness & Philosophy Class Referral
      – Podcast Interview: I can interview you or you can interview me on our approach to health and wellbeing.

      Much Love,
      Valeria Teles
