I have been following the Ketogenic Lifestyle for well over a year now. If you would like to learn more about it, there are many videos on Youtube that explain it very well. It is basically a high fat, moderate protein and very low carb diet. This diet stabilizes your blood sugar. I like to say that losing weight is a side effect of this way of eating. You feel much better when your body uses fat for fuel instead of sugar. 😉
