So I can totally relate to having a hard time swallowing big pills. I do. I also really like that this is a liquid due to the fact that I already take a lot of vitamins and supplements, and I did not want to add yet another pill to the mix.
I’m definitely not saying that these are magic drops, but I can tell you how it has helped me. It does reduce my sugar cravings and the urge to snack.
