Sibu Beauty [A Review AND Giveaway!]

I recently had the opportunity to try out a beauty product by Sibu Beauty. I was so excited about it and jumped at the chance! [I love trying out beauty products!]
Sibu Beauty sent me “Repair & Protect”, their daytime facial cream w/ sea buckthorn.

All Natural Facial Cream Repair Protect Sibu Beauty

I stopped using my regular daytime moisturizer and immediately started using this. Let me tell you a little about the product. [taken from their website]

Sea Buckthorn Repair & Protect:
~ Promotes tissue recovery and healing
~ Rejuvenates sun damaged skin
~ Protects against environmental stress
~Preserves health skin tone and texture
~Boosts collagen production
~For all skin types
~ is 100% natural

What is sea buckthorn you ask? It’s a tiny berry (a fruit), that packs a punch!

sea buckthorn is an unsurpassed source of Omegas 3, 6, and 9. And it’s a rich source of the elusive essential fatty acid, Omega-7, an essential fatty acid vital to collagen production and healthy skin, hair and nails.

Interesting, right? Well, I have been using it for about three weeks. I must say first of all, you just need a little of it. It’s really potent and you don’t need to slather big ole gobs of it on your face. πŸ˜‰ The scent is really nice. To me it smells slightly fruity, clean and fresh. The scent is not overpowering at all, it’s refreshing.

My results? Well, I have noticed that after using it, the redness in my skin has decreased a ton. I mean, I hardly recognize any. My skin tends to be a little sensitive, and yes even at the age of 41, I do still break out. Not fun, but it’s true. After using this product, I really haven’t had any breakouts. It has kept my skin looking bright & fresh. It looks smoother and more alive. I really have enjoyed using this and have had nothing but positive results! πŸ˜€

Thanks Sibu Beauty!

  2. I wash my face with dove or nivea soap, and then nivea creme is applied to my face. Then nivea body lotion to my body after a shower. Quick and easy

  3. I’ve actually fallen out of my routine a bit but I wash my face in the morning and evening. In the morning after I wash my face I use a tinted moisturizer with SPF

  4. My skincare routine consists of washing my face quickly before one of the kids comes in the bathroon, then rubbibg in moisturiser as a chase them round the house to get dressed.

  5. My skincare routine is washing my face and applying SPF moisturizer in the morning and washing my face and applying antuaging serum in the evening

  6. I always start and end my day with Aveeno’s Clear Complexion foaming facial wash- I have combination skin that tends to veer towards oily during the summer months, and super dry during the winter/fall so I use the wash twice a day in the summer and once a day in the winter/fall (with a good string moisturizer during the winter).
