Soap Making Made Easy {E-Book Review & Giveaway!}

Soap Making A Quick Guide Second Edition by Michelle Gaboya

Have you ever tackled making your own soap at home? It’s something I’ve always wanted to do, but always thought it would be tricky to do, or super expensive. Well, the truth is, it’s neither. Yes, it may cost more than a cheap bar of soap…but can equal the price of better quality soaps.I haven’t made any just yet, but I did recently read the e-book “Soap Making Made Easy: Quick Guide” {2nd edition} by Michelle Gaboya.

Michelle Gaboya has been making her own soaps for over 10 years. She creates all types of elegant handmade soaps for her family & friends for all sorts of occasions. I thought that it would be a great gift idea for Christmas, so I quickly read her e-book. I’ve decided that it’s time I give soap-making a whirl! πŸ˜‰

What I learned:

-A lot of times hand made soaps are a lot more gentle on the skin than soaps you buy in the store.
-You can customize the scent. Use a little or use a lot. It’s up to you.
-You can use scents that you can’t find with store bought soaps.
-Handmade soaps are great as gifts. They’re a personal and thoughtful gift.

The books are well thought out, and answer many questions you may have about handmade soaps. Not only will you learn all of the ins and outs about soap making, but you will learn so much more!
